A man charged in connection with a robbery in McLean last fall was back in court on Friday.
Last month, 53-year-old Shahn Hunter of Regina was committed to stand trial in Regina Court of King’s Bench, and at a pretrial appearance there on Friday, his matter was adjourned to August 15.
On September 28, Indian Head RCMP responded to a report of an armed robbery at a business on Main Street in McLean, where they say a lone man, armed with an edged weapon, allegedly entered the business, and stole money from the cash register, before fleeing the scene in a vehicle.
File Hills Police Service members assisting in the investigation found the vehicle and arrested the driver.
