A Langenburg man arrested in connection with a fatal ATV rollover in the R-M of Riding Mountain West, is no longer in legal trouble.
20-year-old Ashton Betke was charged with impaired driving causing death, but in Russell Provincial Court yesterday (Wed), it was stayed by the Crown Prosecutor.
Last August, Russell RCMP received a report of an off-road vehicle collision in the Killman Cottage area.
A 19-year-old Killaly woman was ejected from the ATV, and pronounced dead at the scene
