Guilty pleas have been entered by the second of two men, arrested in connection with an armed robbery on the Sapotaweyak Cree Nation.
In Dauphin Provincial Court yesterday (Wed), 27-year-old Cheyenne Cook was sentenced to 1376 days in prison, and a 10-year weapons ban.
Last November, Swan River RCMP responded to a report of a man who allegedly assaulted two men, and forced them to empty their pockets and turn over their cell phones at gunpoint.
Three people were later arrested in a vehicle at the gas station in Mafeking.
