Manitoba RCMP have issued a warrant for a man wanted in connection with a deadly shooting at a home on the Waywayseecappo First Nation.
Around 6:15 p.m. on Aug. 31, the Manitoba First Nation Police Services were notified of a shooting in the community, and at the scene, they found a 23-year-old man with a gunshot wound.
He was taken to hospital in critical condition, but later died of his injuries.
Further investigation led to police identifying a suspect that left the home after the shooting in a red SUV, that was later found abandoned outside the community.
Mounties have issued a warrant for 32-year-old Ferlin Bone, who is wanted for second degree murder.

Police say the victim and suspect knew each other, and believe the shooting was a targeted incident.
