A man arrested in connection with a death on the Keeseekoose First Nation, has admitted his guilt.
21-year-old Edgar Kakakaway Junior pleaded guilty to manslaughter in Yorkton Court of King’s Bench on Thursday, and his matter was adjourned for sentencing on November 20.
Two other people admitted to being an accessory after the fact to murder.
In November of 2022, Kamsack RCMP were called to the Keeseekoose First Nation, where they found a 16-year-old Cote First nation boy, dead at the scene.
