BROADVIEW – A new court date has been set for an Ochapowace First Nation man, charged with second-degree murder after a death on the FN.
Dustyn Allary, 33, was in Broadview Provincial Court Wednesday, where he had his matter adjourned to Oct. 8
In April of last year, Broadview RCMP were called to an Ochapowace residence on a report of an injured man.
Elias Still of Ochapowace, 32, was pronounced dead at the scene.
