A new court date has been set for an Ochapowace First Nation man, charged with Second Degree Murder, after a death on the reserve.
33-year-old Dustyn Allary was in Broadview Provincial Court yesterday (Wed), where he had his matter adjourned to October 8
In April of last year, Broadview RCMP were called to an Ochapowace residence on a report of an injured man.
32-year-old Elias Still of Ochapowace, was pronounced dead at the scene.
