DAUPHIN — RCMP are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 41-year-old man from the Dauphin area.
On September 21, at about 3:45 p.m., Dauphin RCMP received a report that Ernest Chartrand had not been seen since September 18.
Police say he is believed to still be in the area, but his family and officers are concerned for his wellbeing.
Chartrand is described as 5’6, about 150 pounds, with short black hair. He is usually clean shaven and has one tooth missing on the right side. At the time he was last seen, he was wearing a khaki shirt and vest, jeans and work boots.
