Shoal Lake RCMP are investigating a break and enter that left a significant amount of damage inside the Strathclair Fire Department building.
Mounties say it happened around 7:15 a.m. on Oct. 22, noting the suspects also took off with a truck, trailer and utility terrain vehicle.
The investigation determined the suspects fled the scene heading west on Highway 16, and the trailer hauling the UTV was later found abandoned on the side of the road, about half a mile outside of Russell, while the stolen truck turned up in the parking lot of a Russell business.
Shoal Lake and Russell RCMP have obtained pictures of the two suspects, who were last seen driving a white motorhome with a decal on the top, and it’s believed they may have been heading west toward Saskatchewan.
