A new development in the case of one of two men, arrested in Yorkton, that resulted in an injury caused by police to one of the suspects.
On September 17, Yorkton RCMP received a report about a theft at a store on Broadway Street.
While police were chasing down one of the suspects, a 22-year-old man was hit by a police vehicle, and suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
22-year-old Tyrone Gott of Mallard, Manitoba, failed to appear in Yorkton Provincial Court yesterday (Mon), so a warrant was issued for his arrest.
