One of two men arrested in Yorkton, that resulted in an injury caused by police to one of the suspects, has appeared in court again.
20-year-old Triston Hunter was in Yorkton Provincial Court today (Thu), where he was remanded in custody to Nov. 13.
His co-accused, 22-year-old Tyrone Gott of Mallard, Manitoba, is still wanted on an arrest warrant.
On Sept. 17, Yorkton RCMP received a report about a theft at a store on Broadway Street.
While police were chasing down one of the suspects, a 22-year-old man was hit by a police vehicle, and suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
