A Sapotaweyak Cree Nation man accused of second degree murder, has appeared in court again.
20-year-old Santana Genaille was in Swan River Provincial Court yesterday (Wed), where he was remanded in custody to December 17.
On July 10, Swan River RCMP responded to a report of an injured man at a home on the reserve.
The 57-year-old man was found with critical injuries, and was pronounced dead at the scene.
