Dauphin business owner fined for selling unstamped tobacco

A new development in the case of a man, arrested in connection with two separate search warrants at a Dauphin business.

Last December, Dauphin Mounties executed a search warrant at a business, and seized unstamped tobacco and vaping products.

Then in April, they raided the same business again, and seized more unstamped tobacco and vaping products, as well as four bottles of liquor.

52-year-old Rashid Noor admitted to selling unstamped tobacco in Dauphin Provincial Court yesterday (Thu), and he received fines totaling 11-thousand dollars.
