What a moment for Rider Nation! The Saskatchewan Roughriders are bringing the Grey Cup back home, and the celebrations are only just beginning. After that unforgettable championship win in Winnipeg, the team is returning to Regina today for the welcome they deserve — and you can be part of it.
This afternoon, fans can catch a Glimpse of the Cup starting at 1:30 outside SaskTel Gate 3 on the northeast corner of Mosaic Stadium. It’s the perfect chance to see the champs up close, soak in the excitement, and relive last night’s victory all over again.
The party doesn’t stop there. Tomorrow, Rider Nation takes over Albert Street and the Green Mile for the official Championship Parade beginning at 2 p.m. The parade will wind its way to the Legislature for 3 p.m. where the celebration wraps up with speeches from Head Coach Corey Mace and Grey Cup MVP Trevor Harris. It’s going to be an incredible moment to share with the team, the province, and fans who’ve been waiting years for this.
Green is the colour, celebrations are the game — enjoy it, Rider Nation!
