Canadian Western Agribition and the Canadian Professional Rodeo Association have announced a five-year partnership renewal, to keep the rodeo going strong in Regina.
The Maple Leaf Circuit Finals brings forward the top 10 athletes in each of the major CPRA rodeo events.
Contestants earn their place throughout the season by accumulating points at Maple Leaf Circuit rodeos across Western and Central Canada.
With CPRA inputs and entry fees included, the total payout for this year’s Finals climbs to nearly $220,000, making it one of the highest paid rodeos in Canada.
Champions will also earn the opportunity to compete at the NFR Open in Colorado Springs.
Tonight’s (Wed) performance is Free Admission Night, and will showcase Indigenous cultural performances, offering an accessible and meaningful way for fans to experience one of the most prestigious rodeo events in Canada.
Today’s event will also feature the crowning of the new Miss Rodeo Agribition.
Free admission is offered on a first-come, first-served basis, and fans are encouraged to arrive early to secure their seats.
Doors open at 5:45 PM, with the performance starting at 6:45 PM.
