REGINA — The arena went silent, the lights dropped, and then the crowd erupted as Shylah Sitter of Edam, Sask., was crowned the 2026 Miss Rodeo Agribition during a high-energy night at the Maple Leaf Circuit Finals Rodeo. Her triumphant moment, followed by a victory lap around the ring, waving to a roaring crowd, lit up the third night of Agribition with pure western pride.
Sitter earned the title after two packed days of judging that tested horsemanship, interviews, public speaking and industry knowledge. Her poise, confidence and deep roots in Saskatchewan’s western community made her stand out in a field of impressive contenders. Now, as the new Miss Rodeo Agribition, she will serve as an ambassador across western Canada, representing rodeo, agriculture and the spirit of Agribition wherever she goes.
The program’s momentum continues to grow, highlighted earlier this year when outgoing titleholder Abbey Harty earned the national crown of Miss Rodeo Canada 2026, a reminder of how powerful this platform has become for young women in the western lifestyle world.
