A Brandon man arrested following a routine traffic stop near Russell that resulted in drug charges, has appeared in court again.
Last December, Mounties pulled over a vehicle, and learned that the 34-year-old driver didn’t have a valid licence.
A 50-year-old man was asked to switch spots with the driver, and that’s when police noticed drugs in plain view.
34-year-old Kacey Packham was in Russell Provincial Court yesterday (Wed), where he was remanded in custody to December 11 in Brandon.
