YORKTON – One of two men arrested in Yorkton, that resulted in an injury caused by police to one of the suspects, has appeared in court again.
Triston Hunter, 20, was in Yorkton Provincial Court Friday, where he had his matters adjourned to Dec. 5.
His co-accused, 22-year-old Tyrone Gott of Mallard, Man., is still wanted on an arrest warrant.
On Sept. 17, Yorkton RCMP received a report about a theft at a store on Broadway Street.
While police were chasing down one of the suspects, a 22-year-old man was hit by a police vehicle, and suffered non-life-threatening injuries.
