One of three people arrested in connection with a serious assault on the Wuskwi Sipikh First Nation, has appeared in court again.
18-year-old Zakari Kematch of Swan River, was in Swan River Provincial Court yesterday (Wed), charged with Aggravated Assault.
He was remanded in custody to January 21.
In the early morning hours of October 2, Swan River RCMP were notified of a possible assault on a property on the reserve.
They located a 53-year-old man who had been seriously injured, and he was taken to a Winnipeg hospital in critical condition.
