KAMSACK — Update: Evette Schotts has been located deceased, say RCMP. Her family has been notified.
Based on preliminary investigation, Evette Schotts’s death is not believed to be suspicious in nature, say police.
Original post: On Dec. 19, Kamsack RCMP received a report of a missing 63-year-old female, Evette Schotts from the RM of Livingston, last seen Dec. 16 around 10 a.m.
Since she was reported missing, Kamsack RCMP have been checking places Schotts is known to visit and following up on information received. They are now asking members of the public to report information on her whereabouts.
Evette Schotts is described as:
- Height: 5 ft 1 in
- Weight: 100 lbs
- Eye colour: brown
- Hair colour and style: gray
- Last seen wearing: unknown
- Other descriptors: wears eyeglasses
She may be driving a red 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe with SK license plate 762 NQQ.
Evette Schotts is known to travel to the Canora area, but her current whereabouts are unknown.
