The Melville Millionaires were unable to complete a two-game sweep in Kindersley, falling 4–3 to the Klippers on Friday night.
Ethan Sautner and Brock Evans powered the Klippers’ offence, each posting a goal and two assists. Brody Sharpe and Will Christian also found the back of the net for the home side, which went 2-for-4 on the power play. Mattias Radke stopped 35 of 38 shots to earn the win.
Hudson Binder, Kale Margolis and Brayden Gourley scored for Melville, while Matthew Spencer-Dahl made 27 saves in the loss.
The Millionaires now return home to begin a stretch of six home games in their next eight, starting next Friday night against the Weyburn Red Wings.

The Yorkton Terriers’ top line exploded for 12 points as Gabriel Courchesne and William Leonard each recorded two goals and two assists, while Jye Zawatsky added four helpers in an 8–1 win over the Melfort Mustangs. Captain Tylan Henrikson chipped in with a goal and two assists, Owen Roberts, Cash Lanigan and Kale Johns also scored, and Callum Craig turned aside 27 shots.
In Warman, Lochlan Teteranko scored a hat trick and league scoring leader Ewan Rennie added two goals and an assist as the Estevan Bruins erupted for nine third-period goals in a 9–1 victory over the Wolverines.
In North Battleford, Finlay Klippenstein scored the deciding goal in the 21st round of the shootout as the North Stars edged the Weyburn Red Wings 3–2.
Ryan Ulmer scored the eventual game-winner late in the second period as the Flin Flon Bombers defeated the La Ronge Ice Wolves 5–3. Connor Miller scored in his Bombers debut.
And in Nipawin, Rylan Hue opened the scoring for Humboldt, but second-period goals from Braeden Jockims and Sean Shiels lifted the Hawks to a 2–1 win over the Broncos.
