A Sapotaweyak Cree Nation man accused of second degree murder, has appeared in court again.
20-year-old Santana Genaille has been found unfit to stand trial, and he’s been remanded in custody until December 3.
Last July, Swan River RCMP responded to a report of an injured man at a home on the reserve.
The 57-year-old man was found with critical injuries, and was pronounced dead at the scene.
