CN and CPKC Rail combined, supplied 78% of hopper cars ordered, up slightly from 76% in week 27.
This represents the second worst performance seen thus far this year, equalling the performance seen in week 5.
System performance remains below the 90% performance threshold for a fourth straight week and below the 80% threshold for a third consecutive week.
In supplying 88% of cars ordered by shippers in week 28, CN saw performance improve significantly from the 78% order fulfillment performance seen in week 27.

In supplying 68% of shipper orders, CPKC saw performance decline for a third consecutive week and lower than the 75% order fulfillment performance seen in week 27.
This represents the worst performance of the year for CPKC, a mark they have now set in two consecutive weeks.
CPKC performance remains below the 90% performance threshold for a third consecutive week.
