BROADVIEW — An Ochapowace First Nation man charged with second-degree murder has appeared in court again.
Thirty-three-year-old Dustyn Allary was in Broadview Provincial Court Feb. 25, where he had his matter adjourned to Mar. 25.
In April 2024, Broadview RCMP were called to an Ochapowace residence on a report of an injured man.
Thirty-three-year-old Elias Still of Ochapowace was pronounced dead at the scene.
