WYNYARD — Another court appearance has been made by a Wynyard man arrested in connection with a drug and weapon bust.
Last March, Mounties conducted a traffic stop in Wynyard and searched the vehicle, which turned out to be stolen from Calgary.
Police say they seized 132 grams of crystal meth, 162 grams of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, 19 packs of unstamped tobacco, brass knuckles and identification that didn’t belong to the suspect.
Fifty-one-year-old Jason Wingert was in Wynyard Provincial Court on Feb. 26, where his matters were adjourned to March 26.
