Another court appearance has been made by a man, arrested in connection with a death on the Waywayseecappo First Nation.
32-year-old Ferlin Bone was in Brandon Provincial Court yesterday (Mon), where the charge of second degree murder was stayed.
However, he now faces two weapon charges, and he was released from custody, for his next court appearance in Waywayseecappo on April 1.
Last August, police were notified of a shooting on the reserve.
They located a 23-year-old man, suffering from a gunshot wound, and he was taken to hospital, but he died from his injuries.
