BROADVIEW — An Ochapowace First Nation man charged with second-degree murder has appeared in court again.
Dustyn Allary, 33, was in Broadview Provincial Court March 25, where his matter was adjourned to May 13.
In April 2024, Broadview RCMP were called to a residence on Ochapowace First Nation following a report of an injured man.
Elias Still, 33, of Ochapowace, was pronounced dead at the scene.
