Langenburg Town Council has made a major financial commitment to the community’s new Multiplex project.
In a release, the town announced it is committing a total of one million dollars to the project, saying it is part of council’s goal to “ensure sustainable programs and services that create a safe and positive community environment.”
The release goes on to say that the investment reflects a “strong dedication to enhancing recreation, connection, and quality of life for residents now and into the future.”
The fundraising committee’s goal is to build a modern recreation facility, that would potentially include such features as a new ice surface, flexible multi-use indoor spaces, and a walking track
