HUDSON BAY — A Hudson Bay man facing child pornography charges is set to return to court later this month as the case proceeds.
In December 2024, the Saskatchewan Internet Child Exploitation Unit began an online investigation related to child pornography.
In April, officers executed a search warrant at a home in Hudson Bay, where electronic devices were seized and examined by investigators.
In Hudson Bay Provincial Court last Thursday, 43-year-old Jess Binkley had his matters adjourned to April 29.
