The Saskatchewan Roughriders and Sask Lotteries are teaming up once again, this time giving fans a chance to win everything from cash prizes to once-in-a-lifetime football experiences.
Beginning May 12, Saskatchewan residents will be able to purchase the new “Rider Nation” Scratch & Win ticket at LottoSpot retailers across the province. The $7 ticket features a Roughriders theme and offers prizes ranging from merchandise and game-day experiences to two top cash prizes of $75,000.
The launch celebrates both the defending Grey Cup champion Roughriders and the long-standing partnership between the CFL club and Sask Lotteries, which has lasted more than three decades.
“Sask Lotteries is proud of its over 50 years of community support including over three decades of Riders partnership,” Sask Lotteries vice-chair Shawn Waskewich said in a release. “Together with this collaboration, we look to celebrate and share our passion of sport that we know improves the lives and well-being of Saskatchewan residents.”
The “Rider Nation” ticket includes several unique fan experiences as prizes, including 10 years of season tickets from 2027 through 2036, a premium suite for up to 21 people at both the 2027 home opener and Labour Day Classic, and AGT Lounge tickets for the 2027 Labour Day Classic. Winners can also land autographed Roughriders jerseys and Riders Store gift cards through the ticket’s bonus scratch area.
Roughriders president and CEO Craig Reynolds said supporting amateur sport remains a key part of the partnership.
“Through our partnership with Sask Lotteries and this exciting new ticket, we will be able to continue to help support sport organizations across the province, creating opportunities for kids, families and communities to stay active and connected,” Reynolds said. “That’s something we’re incredibly proud to be part of.”
Like all lottery products sold through LottoSpot retailers in Saskatchewan, proceeds from the Rider Nation ticket support more than 12,000 sport, culture and recreation organizations throughout the province. Sask Lotteries says more than $1.4 billion has been distributed to community groups since 1974.
The Rider Nation Scratch & Win ticket will be available exclusively in Saskatchewan starting May 12.
