CANORA – Another season of shuffleboard at the Canora Keen Age Centre has come to a conclusion.
Winning first place with 16 wins and six losses was the team of Vic Korchinski and Bernice Rakochy.
Second place went to Lou Ryder and Pauline Gogal, sporting a record of 14 wins and eight losses.
Close behind in third place with a record of 13 wins and nine losses was the pairing of Craig Kreklewetz and Sandy Hogarth.
After 22 weeks of, “Oh no, I missed the bank!” or “Shucks, too much weight,” we say to our teammates and friends, “Hope to see you at the end of October for the start of the next shuffleboard season.”
