KAMSACK — A new court date has been set for an RM of Cote man arrested in connection with an assault and a subsequent search warrant.
Last October, Kamsack RCMP received a report of an assault at a home in the RM of Cote.
The next day, they searched the home and seized 10 firearms, hundreds of rounds of ammunition, quantities of suspected drugs and other drug paraphernalia.
The matters for 49-year-old Trevor Chernoff were in Kamsack Provincial Court June 9, where they were adjourned to June 16.
