ESTEVAN – Court appearances have been made by two men arrested in connection with a death on the White Bear First Nation.
Jeremy Whitebear, 23, is charged with first degree murder, while 27-year-old Dwayne Maxie is accused of manslaughter.
In Estevan Court of King's Bench July 14, they had their matters set over to August 4.
Carlyle RCMP were called to a White Bear home in December of 2024, where they found the body of 33-year-old Talon Lonethunder, of Coronach.
