BROADVIEW – Another court appearance has been made by an Ochapowace First Nation man charged with second degree murder.
Dustyn Allary, 34, was in Broadview Provincial Court July 15, where he had his matter adjourned to Oct. 6, for a preliminary hearing.
In April of 2024, Broadview RCMP were called to an Ochapowace residence on a report of an injured man.
Elias Still, 33, of Ochapowace, was pronounced dead at the scene.
