8:11 p.m.
Roughriders win! Jameer Thurman covers his man perfectly on third down and stops him just in front of the first-down line, giving the Riders a 32-26 victory in the 61st Labour Day Classic!

8:06 p.m.
TOUCHDOWN ROUGHRIDERS! KeeSean has a 13-yard catch on second down to get to the one and Stevens finishes it off with his third touchdown of the game. Mandatory two-point convert is no good, 32-26 Riders after the first series.

8:01 p.m.
Riders win the toss and are getting the ball first in overtime.

8:00 p.m.
Touchdown Winnipeg. Bombers have one last crack from the eight yard line and Singer catches it in the corner of the end zone. The extra point is good and it's tied 26-26. Riders penalties once again do immeasurable damage, but at least they can still win this game.

7:55 p.m.
An 11 yard catch up to the Riders 44 and quite possibly the most marginal roughing the passer penalty possible and the Bombers are up to the Riders 14 with 10 seconds remaining. Saskatchewan challenges and the play stands.

7:52 p.m.
A pass to White for 23 yards gets Winnipeg up to midfield with 39 seconds left, and Collaros is nearly sacked on the next play but throws an incompletion.

7:51 p.m.
Riders get back to midfield before punting, Winnipeg ball on their own 32 with 41 seconds left in the game.

7:45 p.m.
Defence once again comes up huge. Oladipo and Miller get to Collaros for back-to-back sacks for losses of six and seven yards and Winnipeg punts. It goes out of bounds at the 28, Riders get the ball back on their 38 with 2:13 to play in the game.

7:39 p.m.
TOUCHDOWN ROUGHRIDERS! Stevens plunges for four yards and then finishes off the drive with a three-yard run for his second major of the game! Five plays, 70 yards, the attempted two point convert isn't there and it's 26-19 Saskatchewan at the three minute warning.

7:36 p.m.
Duncan-Busby has a 32-yard catch to get up to the Winnipeg 38 and then a 26-yard catch to make it first and goal from the Bombers seven.

7:32 p.m.
A procedure penalty pushes Winnipeg back to the 10 and Edouard has a pass break-up to the end zone on second down, and the Bombers have to settle for field goal from 18 yards. It's good and it's a 20-19 Saskatchewan lead with 5:44 remaining in the game. Looks like we're in for a heck of a finish, folks.

7:28 p.m.
Riders again appear to have Collaros sacked, but he flips a pass to Oliveira and goes for 12 yards for the first down to the Riders four. 6:58 remaining in the game.

7:27 p.m.
Turns out that Wilson hauled down Lokombo on the second TD pass attempt and after a challenge, it's upheld and the Bombers are pushed back to the Riders 24.

7:23 p.m.
Winnipeg has a couple of shots at the end zone but Riders break up both opportunities. They had a first down in between those plays, though, second-and-14 Bombers.

7:21 p.m.
Riders appear to have Collaros dead to rights but he scrambles and finds Wilson over the middle up to the Riders 42. A horsecollar tackle adds on yards and it's first-and-10 Winnipeg on the Saskatchewan 27.

7:19 p.m.
Winnipeg ball on their own 40 to start their next drive.

7:17 p.m.
TOUCHDOWN ROUGHRIDERS! Third time is the charm and Stevens leap into the pile to get enough yards to cross the line for the major. Nine plays, 70 yards, 20-16 Saskatchewan with 11:07 remaining in the game.

7:15 p.m.
A nine-yard pass to Duncan-Busby and four-yard run by Stevens and the Riders are first and goal from the one. 

7:13 p.m.
Duncan-Busby has a 22 yard catch and a facemask penalty gets the Riders into the red zone at the Winnipeg 17.

7:08 p.m.
Duncan-Busby has a nine-yard catch and Stevens comes in on short yardage and rumbles for nine and the Riders are at their own 49 to close out the third quarter.

7:05 p.m.
Drive stalls at the Riders 35, Castillo has a 43-yard field goal attempt and it's good. 16-13 Winnipeg with 59 seconds left in the third quarter. Those missed Rider field goals are looking like they might loom large.

7:04 p.m.
A marginal horsecollar tackle and roughing the passer penalty on a sack and fumble by Collaros takes away the Riders' first turnover of the game and gets Winnipeg over midfield.

6:57 p.m.
Riders use six short runs and passes to get up to their own 48 before the drive stalls. Winnipeg ball on their own 38 to start their next drive. 4:53 to go in the third quarter.

6:50 p.m.
A batted down pass and near interception and Winnipeg is punting. Riders get the ball back on their own 21.

6:46 p.m.
Oh man. Drive stalls at the Riders 39, Hale has a 47-yard field goal and it's wide left. Riders get a single point and it's 13-13 with 10:39 to play in the third quarter.

6:44 p.m.
Wiebe and Johnson each have 18-yard catches and the Riders are into Winnipeg territory at the 45.

6:41 p.m.
Second half kickoff is in the books and the Riders have the ball on their own 22 to start the first drive of the second half.

6:22 p.m.
A penalty and catch by Duncan-Busby gets the Riders up to the Winnipeg 37, and Hale has a 46-yard fied goal attempt. It's wide right and run out of the end zone. No points on a solid final minute drive and Saskatchewan trails 13-12 at halftime.

6:18 p.m.
Riders get up to midfield with 20 seconds left in the half thanks to a nine-yard run by Conley.

6:17 p.m.
Touchdown Winnipeg. Clercius catches a 12-yard pass over the middle into the endzone. 10 plays, 2:31 off the clock, 78 yards. 13-12 Winnipeg with 38 seconds left in the half.

6:12 p.m.
Collaros avoids the blitz on second and 10 at the Riders 36 and finds Singer over the middle for 14 yards to the edge of the Riders red zone on the 22. 1:35 remaining in the half.

6:10 p.m.
Passes to Clercius and Wilson and the Bombers are up to midfield with 2:12 remaining in the half.

6:06 p.m.
Oliveira has a five-yard run and the Bombers are at second-and-five on their own 32 at the three-minute warning.

6:03 p.m.
Short run by Conley and a pass to Johnson that's nearly intercepted and the Riders punt. Winnipeg ball on their own 32 for their next drive. 3:36 remaining in the half.

6:01 p.m.
Incompletion and a short pass that's stuffed and Winnipeg's drive stalls at the Winnipeg 25. Riders ball on their 41with 5:14 left to play in the first half.

5:58 p.m.
Couple of incompletions and the Riders punt. Winnipeg ball on thir own 22 to start their next drive, 6:51 left in the half.

5:54 p.m.
Odapilo bats down an end zone pass to Singer and Bombers have to settle for a 32-yard field goal attempt. It's good, 12-6 Saskatchewan with 7:55 left in the first half.

5:52 p.m.
Pass to Singer for 24 yards gets Winnipeg up to mid field and two plays later White has an 18 yard catch to get the Bombers in field goal position at the 27. 

5:49 p.m.
Winnipeg gets the ball on their own 26 to start their next drive.

5:47 p.m.
TOUCHDOWN ROUGHRIDERS! Harris tosses a short pass to Conley and he goes the final seven yards for the major. Five plays, 88 yards, 12-3 Saskatchewan with 12:02 remaining in the first half.

5:44 p.m.
After all the talk about Daniel Wiebe becoming a producer for the Riders, he comes up with the biggest play of the game thus far, hauling in a sideline pass, avoiding a couple of tackles and going 72 yards up to the Winnipeg 11.
Oh, and on that pass, Trevor Harris has moved into 10th all time in career passing yards, surpassing the legendary Doug Flutie.

5:37 p.m.
Short completion that sees White get hammered by Miller Jr. and an incomplete pass and Bombers punt. Riders ball on the 22 to start the second quarter.

5:36 p.m.
Drive stalls at the Winnipeg 23 and the Riders have a 31-yard field goal. It's good, Riders take a 5-3 lead with 1:13 left in the opening quarter.

5:32 p.m.
There we go. Harris flips the ball to Conley and he finds all sorts of room, going for 35 yards up to the Winnipeg 35. That's the first first down for either team and it comes with four minutes left in the first quarter.

5:30 p.m.
Man, the Riders defence has come to play. An incomplete pass and then Collaros is sacked by Roberson in the end zone. That's a Riders safety and it's 3-2 Winnipeg with 5:15 to play in the first, with Saskatchewan getting the ball right back.

5:28 p.m.
A holding penalty pushes the Riders back to their own 33, and they get back up to their own 44 before stalling. Another punt and it's a good one by Chapman, Winnipeg on their own first with 6:11 to play in the first quarter.

5:23 p.m.
Oliveira runs for eight yards but is stuffed behind the line by Sanders on a second run attempt and Winnipeg punts. Riders ball on their own 43 to start their next drive.

5:20 p.m.
Short run by Conley and incomplete sideline pass to KeeSean and Riders are punting. Winnipeg ball on their 22 with 9:42 to play in the opening quarter..

5:17 p.m.
A screen pass is stuffed for nothing and a deep pass over the middle to Nield is batted away and the Bombers have a 46-yard field goal attempt. It's good, 3-0 Winnipeg with 10:52 to play in the first quarter.

5:14 p.m.
Sigh. Mimbs makes a catch along the sidelines and gets the first down, but fumbles and the Bombers are the last to touch the ball as it goes out of bounds. Game's first turnover goes to Winnipeg and they're in business at the Riders 40 with 12:21 to play in the first quarter.

5:11 p.m.
Short run, short pass and the Bombers got two and out on their first drive. They punt, Riders get the ball back on their own 19 to start their first drive.

5:09 p.m. 
The opening kickoff is through the back of the end zone, Winnipeg ball on their own 40 to start the game.

5:05 p.m.
Bombers win the toss and have decided to take the football first, maybe because of the nasty weather coming in, maybe to prevent the crowd from getting involved early. Regardless, kickoff is imminent!

5:03 p.m.
Players are on the field, the national anthem is in the books, the coin toss is moments away for the Labour Day Classic!

4:59 p.m.
Here are Luc’s Three Keys to the Game for Saskatchewan:

1 – Cannot turn the football over whatsoever. Winnipeg turns turnovers into points, so don’t have any turnovers.

2 – Have to win special teams battle. Covering punts, covering kicks, can’t let Winnipeg win the special teams battle, Saskatchewan needs to win the field position game.

3 – Have to be ready to dominate physically. Have to dominate for 60 minutes and if it’s two minutes more, be ready to fight even harder. Can’t stress enough how important it is to play as physically as possible against Winnipeg.

2:02 p.m.
After a summer where the Riders haven’t had to deal with inclement weather all that often, odds are the sold-out crowd will be getting rained on tonight. There’s a 60 per cent chance of thundershowers at game time, with that number bumping up to an 80 per cent chance of rain as the night progresses. Temperatures will be a touch cool at around 19 C, with the wind out of the east at 30 km/h.
So bring a raincoat to the game tonight!

2:01 p.m.
The Rider Broadcast Network pregame show is on the air. Teagan Witko and Wes Cates will have plenty of special guests, and the Voice of the Roughriders Dave Thomas and Luc Mullinder will have the game call at kickoff at 5 p.m.

2:00 p.m.
It’s the biggest match-up of the CFL regular season, it’s a battle of legendary arch-rivals, it’s the Saskatchewan Roughriders taking on the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in the Labour Day Classic!

There has been a lot of talk over the past week with regards to how important this game is in the West Division standings in addition to the simple rivalry, and that’s only added to the excitement surrounding today’s contest at Mosaic Stadium.

Saskatchewan comes into the game with a 7-4 record and are in second place in the West, having battled to a 28-24 win over the Toronto Argonauts last weekend. That was an important win for the Riders, as they had lost their previous two games and desperately needed to get back on track.

It looked early in the week like Saskatchewan was going to get absolutely mauled by injuries heading into the Classic, but the nicks that kept a handful of players out of practice proved to be only that, and things are shaping up comparatively well for the Green and White rosterwise.

The Blue Bombers have had an up-and-down season from start to finish, but Zach Collaros and crew are coming off one of their biggest wins of the season in Week 13, a 44-28 victory over the first-place-overall Montreal Alouettes.

Collaros had 324 yards passing, Brady Oliveira ran for 106 yards and Ontaria Wilson had 114 yards receiving and two touchdowns. All against one of the staunchest defences in the CFL.

As a result, Winnipeg heads into the Classic with a 6-5 record and with a win can move into a tie for second place with the Roughriders.

How things will turn out on Sunday is anyone’s guess, but one thing is for certain — Mosaic Stadium will be absolutely rocking, and that’s going to make for an utterly amazing environment for some CFL football!
