The Saskatchewan Roughriders have released three American players ahead of their regular season finale against the Edmonton Elks.
Defensive lineman Kendy Charles, linebacker Ja’kobe Clinton, and wide receiver Rashod Owens were all cut by the team on Tuesday.
Charles, 25, was signed by the Riders in May 2025 but never appeared in a regular season contest.
Clinton, 25, also never appeared in a game for the team.
Owens, 24, was added to the practice roster in August after being released by Calgary in July.
