Another court appearance has been made by a Dauphin man, charged in connection with a residential break and enter in the city.
On January 15, Dauphin RCMP responded to a break and enter in progress at a home on Fifth Avenue Northwest.
When the suspect was spotted leaving the residence, he allegedly resisted arrest, and assaulted a police officer.
21-year-old Jacob Vermeylen was in Dauphin Provincial Court yesterday (Tue), where he had his matters set over to April 28.
