SASKATOON — The Mosaic Company has announced a $2 million donation to the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation.
Mosaic’s contribution will support The Mosaic’s Child Life Program that transforms the hospital and other initiatives of the foundation to enhance care and support at Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital.
The Mosaic Company, a significant potash producer, has contributed over $27 million with community partners across Saskatchewan over the past five years.
The Government of Saskatchewan joined Mosaic and the foundation for the special announcement.
“I would like to thank the Mosaic Company for its generous $2 million donation to the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation,” Health Minister Jeremy Cockrill said.
“Their contribution will go a long way as we work – in partnership – to ensure pediatric patients receive high-quality care as close to home as possible.”
