Pavement sealing on Saskatchewan highways are in full swing.
This year, the provincial has put 776-million dollars into Saskatchewan highways, including 17-million dollars going towards spot, partial and full seal work.
Application of a seal coat helps extend the life of highways, which requires 24 hours to fully cure.
With this work, there are several temporary speed reductions due to hazards such as loose gravel, sharp pavement drop-offs or lane closures.
