FORT QU'APPELLE — The Fort Qu'Appelle RCMP is seeking the public's assistance in locating Kenneth (Rick) Shepherd.
According to a Saskatchewan RCMP Missing Persons Advisory, Shepherd was last seen June 20. He is described as 44 years old, standing 5'9" tall and weighing 238 pounds. He was last seen wearing a blue Reebok sweater, black shirt, black pants, and black and yellow shoes. The RCMP said he also has tattoos on his right hand and goes by the nickname "Buck Wild".
