A Saltcoats man, facing charges, including attempted murder, in connection with an assault on a young child in Yorkton, has appeared in court again.
42-year-old Frederick Stewart was in Yorkton Court of King’s Bench on June 26, where he had his matters set over to July 17.
In February of 2025, Yorkton RCMP received a report of a serious assault at a home on Waterloo Road.
A child, who was under the age of six, was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
