ROSE VALLEY – A Yellow Quill First Nation man, charged in connection with a shooting in the community, has appeared in court again.
Mounties say a man was found with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds in the early morning hours of June 13, and a vehicle was burned at the scene.
Kain Cheechan, 26, faces several charges, including discharging a firearm with intent, and arson.
He appeared in Rose Valley Provincial Court July 15, and was remanded in custody to August 5.
