One of three men arrested, after the Saskatchewan Enforcement Response Team seized two firearms at a residential property in Yorkton, has appeared in court again.
A search was conducted at a residence on Russell Drive March 9, and police seized a loaded prohibited firearm, a non-restricted firearm, ammunition, and drug trafficking paraphernalia.
31-year-old Yahye Mohamed, of Fort McMurray, Alberta, was in Yorkton Provincial Court Aug. 5.
He remains in custody, with a trial set for Oct. 1 in Yorkton.
