REGINA — The Government of Saskatchewan is announcing the appointment of five new judges to the Provincial Court of Saskatchewan.
These appointments will fill vacancies in courts across the province and fill the new judicial positions announced in the provincial budget.
The newly appointed judges are as follows:
- Darin Chow is being appointed to the Provincial Court in Moose Jaw.
- Roger DeCorby is being appointed to the Provincial Court in Yorkton.
- Alexandra Findlay is being appointed to the Provincial Court in Saskatoon.
- Suzanne Lalonde is being appointed to the Provincial Court in Regina.
- Jason Peszko is being appointed to the Provincial Court in Prince Albert.
"These new judges have demonstrated a deep commitment to the law, to public service, and to the communities they serve," Justice Minister and Attorney General Tim McLeod, K.C. said.
"Their appointments will enhance the strength and capacity of Saskatchewan's Provincial Court and support fair, accessible, and effective justice for people across the province."
