The Swan Valley Stampeders have added some depth up front ahead of the 2026-27 Manitoba Junior Hockey League season.
The Stampeders have acquired 18-year-old centre Kingston Gunn from the Winnipeg Blues in exchange for a player development fee and future considerations.
The Winnipeg product split last season between the Blues and Dauphin Kings, appearing in 25 games and recording one goal and four assists for five points.
Gunn was originally selected by Dauphin in the fourth round, 47th overall, in the 2024 MJHL Draft.
