YORKTON — An RM of Cote man arrested in connection with an assault and a subsequent search warrant has appeared in court again.
The matters for 49-year-old Trevor Chernoff were in Yorkton Provincial Court Sept. 4, where they were adjourned to Oct. 29.
Last October, Kamsack RCMP received a report of an assault at a home in the RM of Cote.
The next day, they searched the home and seized 10 firearms, hundreds of rounds of ammunition, quantities of suspected drugs and other drug paraphernalia.
