I love chips, and if you ask me what the top chip of all is, there is no question — ketchup chips!
I’ve been a fan of ketchup chips for as long as I can remember. Right from when I was a little guy to today, they have always been my go-to chip. There’s just something about that ketchup flavour that makes it pretty hard for me to stop at just one or two.
I don’t feed Barkley chips very often, but that doesn’t stop him from trying to get his paws on a snack whenever he gets the chance. It amazes me how he can be at the other end of the house, but the second you open a bag of chips, somehow he knows!
Before you know it, Barkley is flying down the hallway and sniffing out exactly where the chips are. He doesn’t miss much when there’s food involved.
One of my favourite things is watching him when he gets that first chip or two. He gets so excited that he actually shows his teeth when he goes in for the grab. It always gives me a good laugh.
And honestly, I know exactly how he feels.
I get that same kind of excitement when I open a bag of ketchup chips. The only difference is I probably don’t show my teeth quite as much!
So, what’s your go-to chip? For me, it has always been ketchup — and I don’t see that changing anytime soon.
