One of three people charged following an investigation in Shoal Lake, that led to the seizure of drugs, firearms, and other illegal items, has appeared in court again.
37-year-old Kodi Boynton of Shoal Lake, was in Brandon Provincial Court yesterday (Wed), where he was released from custody, but he must return to court in Minnedosa on October 20.
On May 27, Mounties launched an investigation, following a series of break and enters near Shoal Lake, where firearms were stolen from rural properties.
On June 10, officers executed a warrant at a Shoal Lake residence, seizing multiple firearms, ammunition, methamphetamine, illegal marijuana and cigarettes, drug paraphernalia and cash.
