BROADVIEW, Sask. — A new court date has been set for an Ochapowace First Nation man charged with second-degree murder.
Dustyn Allary, 34, was in Broadview Provincial Court Oct. 7, where he had his matter adjourned until Oct. 27.
In April 2024, Broadview RCMP were called to a residence on Ochapowace First Nation after a report of an injured man.
Elias Still, 33, of Ochapowace First Nation, was pronounced dead at the scene.
