YORKTON – An 18-year-old Yorkton man facing terrorism-related charges, has appeared in court again.
The man, who can't be named because he was a youth when the alleged offences occurred, was in Yorkton Provincial Court Thursday where he had his matters adjourned to Oct. 23.
Police say the investigation began after the individual allegedly posted videos showing real-world activity connected to the online network known as 764. The RCMP says 764 is a trans-national network linked to the exploitation of children, including coercion into violence, self-harm and sexual exploitation.
